The International Rental Conference (IRC) is a one-day event dedicated to the equipment rental industry in China and wider Asia.
The 12th IRC will be held in Shanghai on 27 October 2025, the day before the APEX Asia and CeMAT exhibitions. APEX Asia is the premier powered access exhibition in China and the wider Asian market and CeMAT ASIA is an international hub for materials handling, automation technology, and logistics. IRC will feature rental experts from China, Japan and Europe, who will share rental ‘best practice’ from around the world.
The International Rental Conference (IRC) covers a wide range of equipment rental sectors, including:
• Aerial platforms
• Construction machinery and earthmoving equipment
• Compaction equipment
• On-site equipment (pumps, power, compressors & lighting)
