Jeff Eisenberg has worked in the equipment rental industry for 28 years, initially in financial services with Genie
Industries and for the past 24 years as an independent consultant and business
owner/advisor.

His consultancy business Claremont Consulting has advised dozens of clients
on issues including corporate fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring
and start-ups.

He is an advisor to the board of several rental businesses, including Energia MTC,
Unitree Group and Drial, and was CEO of UK-based pump rental business Hydrainer
holdings for three years until 2022.

Jeff also spent six years with aerial platform company Riwal, working on finance and acquisitions.

He is also a contributing writer to International Rental News magazine, specialising in the analysis of rental mergers and acquisitions.
